Any people to need to see an inmate will need to complete and submit a special Visitor Program application to the CCDOC. They can be found by visiting the sheriffs website. When the application is received, a background check will be conducted to establish whether the candidate is approved an eligible for visiting an inmate. The process to approve an application can last up to seven business days. The CRW's also function as a connection bridge for the detainee's families and loved ones helping with any concerns they might have, legal documentation, and other things. The Law and Public Librarians also work inside Inmate Services for added attention. They help detainees with legal investigations and knowledge when it comes to their own cases and helping them by finding books and literature they want to read. |
